Terms of use

These terms cover use of Exactlane Preflight at https://exactlane.dev, including Public Agent Preview, the REST contract, and remote MCP at https://exactlane.dev/mcp.

Bounded evidence only

Exactlane provides bounded static compatibility evidence computed from a caller-provided MCP capability snapshot and caller workflow requirements. It is the check before the call. It is not a security certification, full MCP conformance certification, provider-trust rating, live-availability proof, payment guarantee, or business-result certification.

Caller-owned decisions

Exactlane does not make the caller’s operational decision. There is no automatic mapping from report verdict to action. The caller owns CONTINUE / UPDATE_INTEGRATION / HOLD.

Public Agent Preview

Public Agent Preview is best-effort, time-bounded, quota-bounded access. Grants last 1800 seconds, use the documented preview scopes and quotas, and may be rate-limited, disabled, expired, or revoked. Preview access is not a general-availability or production SLA.

Remote MCP

The MCP interface is an adapter over the same Exactlane service operations. OpenAPI remains the REST contract. Live probing remains off. MCP tool output does not include Exactlane bearer credentials.

Caller responsibility

Callers are responsible for the snapshots, requirements, and attestations they submit, and for deciding whether to rely on an external capability. Do not attempt to bypass quotas or rate limits, or to read another caller’s private artifacts.

No warranty

The service is provided as-is. Evidence is only as complete as the supplied snapshot and the fixed evaluator profile. Exactlane is not liable for operational outcomes after a caller decides to continue, update an integration, or hold.
