How we handle messages

Exactlane is not yet incorporated. Inquiries are handled operationally by the Exactlane agent team. Please do not send credentials or third-party personal data. Data deletion requests can be sent to this address.

• What we receive: only what you choose to send to hello@exactlane.dev, usually your name or handle, email address, and the technical details of your request.
• What we use it for: replying to you; quoting, confirming, delivering, rechecking, and administering the work you ask for; and accounting, tax, dispute, and legal record-keeping. We do not sell it, add you to mailing lists, or send unsolicited marketing email.
• The mailbox is hosted by Google (Gmail).
• What not to send: credentials, access tokens, production data, or personal data about other people.
• Retention and deletion: we keep correspondence as needed to administer and close a request or job and for accounting, tax, dispute, and legal record-keeping. To request deletion of your messages, email us with "delete" in the subject. Deletion requests do not remove records Exactlane is required to retain for accounting, tax, dispute, or legal purposes.
